A Sample Look at what the Physical Calendar looks like
THE PITCH
The whole story behind this is that my mom had a total hip replacement in November, and she/we thought it might take a month to recover. {In fact, she recovered very quickly.} But, I made the calendar so she could look forward to opening a tab each day. And the things I pictured were hilarious to my mom! The drawings might include references to friends, pets she's had (including a peacock with mites), and even her new titanium hardware!). My mom thought it was so fun opening a tab each day, and it gave her so many smiles that it made her want to get her other hip done! The artwork is both in watercolor and illustrated.
